  We know this hotel as we have stayed there many times before. Rooms are large and comfortable . Breakfast is excellent . Grounds are beautiful. We would definitely reccommend it.

  We loved the hotel, people and village. We will definitely be back for skiing next year. I also loved the rooms (bedding so comfortable).

  We were there to ski. I liked that there were so many lifts at the hill and the chalet set up was great - inside and out. Lots to do for the kids too. The hotel was wonderful. Only complaint there was that they took out our dirty facecloths but forgot to leave clean ones. The town had so much to offer in shopping, restaurants and bars with great entertainment. We plan to go for a 5 day trip next winter and we will stay at the Manoir Saint-Sauveur again.

  Only that it wasn't directly on the hill. We usually book a place that is situated on the hill so that we can ski in and ski out. But with the shuttle available that really didn't bother us too much.

  I liked the location...close to ski hill, shopping & restaurants. I also liked the spacious rooms.

  I found the front desk staff to be very cold & uninterested in serving me.I always felt I was disturbing them.

  We enjoyed the quality of the food during our dinner although the service was very slow.

  The bed was very uncomfortable and the lighting in the bathroom very poor.

  The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located near the very charming rue Principale. Lots of amenities (spa, pool)

  There was a large diagonal wooden beam cutting off across almost half the room which was very annoying. Somehow we couldn't regulate the room temperature and the shower water fluctuated between very hot and very cold.

  The location and view of the mountains - unfortunately it rained but it was still great. The staff are very helpful, pleasant and polite and the lobby is beautiful.

  We had dinner in the restaurant and were surprised that the menu was in French only which made it difficult for guests who are not bilingual. We had stayed a few years ago and dined at the same restaurant - it had a table de hote menu that was fabulous; unfortunately that has since been changed and the offering was somewhat disappointing.

  We would definatley come back to the Manoir. The staff was very helpful and friendly the place was very comfortable and alive. The rest of guest were all enjoying themselves around the pool and the bar made you feel that you were down south then actually still being in a hotel in quebec. We would definatley come back

  Chauffer was nice.

  One person handled the huge reception desk. It was only at 7.30pm. 2 people in front if us complained about their rooms so we waited along time for checking in. Room was so far from everything . Staff was not clear about the location. Thanks to the door man who was the one that helped us most. The place was not indicated clearly when booked. If we knew we would not mind paying a little bit more to be more in the center of the hotel. It was extremely inconvenient. Especially with young kids. We were so far from pool, spa, food & bar etc ... They should have warned us the distance of traveling from one wing to another . Overall it's not really that wow from what we have expected. Would not go back for what we have paid. Sorry!!

  slow check-in/check-out service, only one receptionist at the counter while others were present in the back
